Hello everyone and welcome to my In Love Virtual Book & Podcast Tour celebrating the release of my new novel, Heavenly Places! I’m Kimberly Cash Tate and I am so honored to have my third virtual tour stop here at All the Buzz and The Master’s Vessel!
In Heavenly Places my main character, Treva, believed the lie that she was inferior. Because of her mother, she felt there was nothing about her that was significant or important; so she had to manufacture it through a career. Once she saw herself through the eyes of God, however, her life and her perspective were gloriously changed.
Have you ever asked, do I really matter?
Have you ever wondered does God really care what’s going on with you?”
To anyone who has ever doubted they matter, my podcast tour message today is for you – You are Significant and Important!
Listen to my podcast and the first 2 bloggers who comment and share their thoughts with me, will each receive an autograph copy of Heavenly Places!

Treva Langston has always been plagued with self-doubt, thanks to her mother. She found her worth in a career, with success…until it was gone. Now her life has suddenly been turned upside down. Without her high-powered job, she has returned with her family to her hometown and all the memories of heartache she fought to escape. Worse, she’s near her mother again, who hasn’t changed a bit. Beset with feelings of unworthiness, she’s filled with despair, until her sister coaxes her into a women’s home Bible study. Though Treva resists, and quits a couple of times, she comes to learn the importance of family, the blessing of friendship, and the powerful truth that conquers a lifetime of lies. To every woman who has ever doubted she is fearfully and wonderfully made, Heavenly Places by Kimberly Cash Tate is a novel for you!
Words of Comfort
Trust in the Lord with all your Heart (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Trust in the Lord with all your Heart….these eight words can mean the difference between our finding true peace and comfort or living vicariously while facing enormous life challenges. God’s soothing words give us the full assurance of completeness when we place our total trust in his words to guide us through various thickets of life.
God never said it would be easy, but he gave us his promise that he would extend his perfect arms of comfort to keep us wrapped in his bosom of care. We must trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean on his understanding, not our own. God will take his hand in ours and walk us through the deepest oceans and even comfort us in our despair.
Hold on to the Lord’s unchanging words of comfort. Trust in him to guide us through our sorrow and our pain; through our joy and laughter. The Lord will keep us in perfect peace and harmony as we acknowledge his presence in our lives. Continue instant in prayer and thanksgiving and lean absolutely on God’s omnipotent presence to direct our lives. Trust in the Lord as he continues to guide and direct us daily within his heavenly umbrella of love, protection, and peace.

And again I say welcome! When you think of the word vessel, what comes to mind? For me, it was a ship, a boat, or something similar in nature, something that is used to bring you something, or maybe even bring you news of something or someone.
For as long as I can remember, I have been the type of person who is constantly nurturing, encouraging and just doing whatever I can to bring a little bit of joy, comfort and hope to someone when their load just seems to become just a little too heavy and they can’t take another step at that particular moment.
There is nothing like the touch of a hand, the comfort of a hug, when doubt, fear, grief or sorrow set in. And while I can’t offer that touch, that hug, to everyone I know, it is my prayer that through the Master’s Vessel, you will be comforted, encouraged, motivated and inspired to keep on keeping on, even when it seems like you just can’t go on.
Just like the song says…be encouraged, no matter what’s going on!
Many blessings,
Renee Williams
