Help me to understand, Dear Father, that the difficult things can be the ones that help me the most. ~ Amen

Father, I need to remember that I can trust Your judgment today and every day.  If things I pray for do not come to me, it is because You in Your wisdom have deemed it so. ~ Amen

Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the challenges facing me, O Lord.  It is then I especially need Your guidance. ~ Amen

Gracious Lord, let your Spirit soften my heart and my words when anger overtakes me. ~ Amen

Father in heaven, I know that as a Christian I must be giving and forgiving.  Help me to do thy will. ~ Amen

Lord, help me to understand that it is only by serving others in the name of Christ that we find love, peace and joy in our faith and in our lives. ~ Amen

Lord, there are times when I hunger for faith, feel lost and lonely with doubt.  Guide me through this darkness. ~ Amen

Father, when I set goals give me the courage to reach higher than I think possible and fill me with confidence that with you beside me all things are possible. ~ Amen

Dear Lord, I often say I will forgive, but still keep resentment within me.  Starting with me, let me begin a  chain reaction of forgiving love. ~ Amen

When I need reassurance Lord, let me feel that You are near me.  It isn’t always easy to remember that You care. ~ Amen

Show me the path where I should go, Dear Lord, point out the right road for me to walk.  I have no hope except in You. ~ Amen

I face this new day with courage, Dear Lord, because I know I do not walk alone.  You will guide me through the shadows. ~ Amen

I will not be defeated by trouble or take successes for granted.  Thy loving hands will guide me. ~ Amen

Today and everyday I will make time to count some of my many blessings.

Dear God, there are times when I hear Your call and fail to answer.  Forgive me and help me to willingly respond in service to you. ~ Amen

My life is rich and full because of Thy generosity.  To Thee I give thanks, O Lord, and pray I will always be grateful. ~ Amen

Dear Lord,  help me to remember that You are truly with me – my strength in times of sadness; my joy in times of gladness. ~ Amen

When my burdens seem too heavy to carry, You lift me out of the darkness.  How great is your love. ~ Amen
